The purpose of the Second Opinion Service is to provide international patients with an
additional opinion to the one they have received in their country of
origin. MEDICUS will arrange a telephone conversation between the
patient and the specialist at Houston's Texas Medical Center.

The second opinion given by the specialist will be based on the
patient's medical records received and the conversation with the patient.
The specialist will then make a medical recommendation.
